Senior Fire Safety Officers Training

Introduction

  • Our course is based on ICAO reference, doc.9137, p1 including human factors, ARFF personnel / TRA (task & resource analyses) and tactics, techniques and procedures for conducting aircraft fires.
  • This course provides the airport senior fire officers with necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to enable them to effectively perform ARFF operation, according to the related standards and procedures.

Objectives

On completion of this course participants will be able to:

  • Understand how to establish a RFFS at an airport.
  • Better ensure their airport RFFS complies with best practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Understand key considerations for the efficient management of an airport RFFS.
  • Identify ways to improve the performance of their airport RFFS.

Prerequisite

  • Initial training of Aircraft Fire Fighting and Rescue Operation.
  • Working experience in the field of Aircraft Fire Fighting and Rescue.
