Introduction
- To develop the knowledge, skills and attitude of the AIS officers, prepare them to transit to be AIM to can get the users satisfaction of their services provided.
Objectives
At the End of this Course participants will be able to:-
- Explain the main concepts of AIS,
- State the components of the Integrated Aeronautical Information Package,
- Differentiate the different AIS publications.
- Scan the contents of RPL.
- Compare among items 16, 18 and 19 in the completion of the FPL.
- Describe the value of NOTAM.
- conduct BTN the Q line and other NOTAM items.
- differentiate BTN NOTAM valid and NOTAM in force and their impacts.
- perform trigger NOTAM and NOTAM checklist.
- Apply NIL, not AVBL and not applicable.
- respond to the AIP AMDT and AIP SUP.
- identify the advantages of the eAIP for users and producers.
- apply the Conditions for the geographic coverage.
- describe the types of PIB.
- apply the applications of the PIB Format.
